Set on six private hectares just minutes from the heart of Martinborough, Atireira Estate offers a level of space, privacy and luxury rarely found in the region.

Atireira Estate, formerly known as Olivo, sits among approximately 1,200 mature olive trees planted in 1991, making it the oldest commercial olive grove in the Wairarapa and one of the first established in New Zealand. The grove is still in production, supplying premium extra virgin olive oil to local buyers each harvest season. Walking the grove is one of those simple pleasures that guests return to again and again - a reminder that Atireira is something more than a luxury rental. It is a living, working piece of the Martinborough landscape.

At the heart of the estate is a spectacular outdoor entertaining precinct featuring a heated swimming pool, integrated spa, swim-up bar, sunken conversation pit, outdoor fireplaces and a fully equipped chef's kitchen complete with a wood-fired pizza oven, Big Green Egg smoker and premium barbecue facilities.
