Designed for privacy, comfort and connection, Atireira Estate accommodates up to 14 guests across the main residence and a separate private guest retreat.
Every room has been individually designed to capture a different aspect of the estate, with views across gardens, olive groves and surrounding countryside. Premium bedding, luxury linens and thoughtful styling ensure a restful stay for every guest.
The Primary Suite
The Primary Suite occupies the entire upper level of the main residence. A Super King bed, luxurious ensuite and freestanding bath sit within a space designed to capture sweeping views across the estate grounds and surrounding countryside. It is the kind of room you check into and immediately stop thinking about anywhere else.
Guest Suite One
A generous Super King suite opening directly onto its own private terrace, with views across the estate lawn and outdoor entertaining area. Features a full ensuite with both bath and separate shower. A considered room for guests who want space, comfort and their own connection to the outdoors.
Guest Suite Two
A beautifully appointed Super King suite with terrace access overlooking the estate's English garden. Features a private ensuite with shower. Quiet, considered and perfectly positioned for guests who want a peaceful retreat within the estate.
The Bunk Room
The Bunk Room at Atireira is not your standard sleep-over setup. Four custom walnut-stained bunk beds sit against dark green walls and textured timber panels, creating a space that feels more like a boutique hotel than a shared room. Accommodating up to eight guests, it works equally well for children, teenagers or a group of adults who would rather spend their money on wine than an extra hotel room. Comfortable, considered and genuinely fun.
The Guest Retreat
The standalone Guest Retreat is a private residence in its own right. Originally the estate's olive oil tasting room, it has been transformed into a sophisticated self-contained space complete with its own kitchen, living area, bathroom with shower, breakfast bar, balcony and Super King bed.Ideal for guests who want total privacy within the estate, the Retreat also makes a superb ready room for a bridal party. The combination of space, natural light and separation from the main residence gives wedding groups everything they need to prepare in comfort before the day begins.
